Holy Names University seeks a Communications and Technology Coordinator for the Admissions Office and as support to the student recruitment operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
As part of the Admissions team the Communications and Technology Coordinator delivers, supports, and enables strategic and innovative communications with use of our Slate CRM technology to advance student recruitment, service and student success. The Coordinator would manage effective use of the new Slate CRM and automation of communication through the system. This position would be responsible for working closely with IT staff as well as training staff on campus. The Coordinator would also actively collaborate with the admissions staff and marketing staff to develop and deliver social media and digital marketing strategies.
The position will also include the following duties:
Perform tech support and leadership of Slate and other enrollment management marketing technologies
Apply Slate CRM and communication functionality to enrollment management strategies
Work closely with enrollment management, IT and Marketing in planning and implementation of all automation projects
Maintain system updates and upgrades
Facilitate the planning and execution of scheduled email campaigns through our Slate CRM technology
Manage all workflow, field updates and all automated processes related to CRM
Monitors and reports on opt-outs, bounced and other issues related to email list management
Analyzes and reviews current operational process to help implement new efficiencies
Assist and manage social media communication in collaboration with marketing efforts
Provide training to staff
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 2-3 years of progressive technology experience, including work in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or other applicable computer systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, excellent verbal and written communications skills, office organizational skills, and ability to set up systems for tracking and monitoring ongoing activities of the department. Ability to relate to persons from a broad range of backgrounds is a must. Prior experience in a college/university setting is desirable, with a general understanding of student development and leadership education. This is a Full-time position.
