Help others excel

Learn how to apply mental skills training in a variety of settings: from sports to business. Training in the program includes how to consult in a virtual environment, a practice that has gained popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Complete hours and coursework needed to apply for certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).
