Get ready to level up your basketball skills with Holy Names University’s men’s basketball coaching staff and players, while learning mental skills to help you perform under pressure!
Led by HNU’s men’s basketball coaching staff and Sport and Performance Psychology graduate students, this week-long camp for boys entering 6th – 8th grades will offer basketball instruction, scrimmages, and mental skills training. This camp is intended for all levels.
This camp will feature:
- Sport-specific instruction from college level coaches
- Presentations about performing under pressure
- Activities aimed at helping you with your mental game
- Scrimmages, stations and FUN basketball games!
