Katie Lovallo
Katie Lovallo (McKee) is a Mental Performance Consultant and Approved Mentor through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). She completed her Masters in Sport Psychology as well as Certificate in Exercise and Sport Performance from John F. Kennedy University in 2009 and has been working in the field for over 10 years. Katie has worked with performers of all ages and many levels, including youth, collegiate, recreational, and non-sport performers. Katie has also been in the coaching field for over 20 years, working with athletes of all levels and sports.
Katie has private practice called Mind Fit Performance LLC (@mind__fit on instagram/twitter), a consulting business based out of the Los Angeles California area she started with the goal of helping performers strengthen their mindset for sport and life.
As an AASP Approved Mentor, Katie supervises interns at JFKU and HNU while providing them support and guidance. She also teaches a few courses to sport psychology’s future generations. In addition, Katie is a contributing writer for the American Youth Soccer Organization’s (AYSO) national newsletters discussing the application of mental skills to its readers through the sport psychology lens.
In her free time, Katie enjoys adventuring with her husband, backpacking, hiking, camping, participating in and watching anything sports related, and dancing in her living room.
