Lauren Hess, M.A., CMPC

Lauren Hess, M.A., CMPC, was a dual-sport collegiate athlete. As a former athlete, she understands and specializes in resiliency, focus, injury recovery, and preparation. Lauren has worked with various sports, levels, and age groups. She is a part of Irvine Valley College athletics, including the women’s volleyball program, which achieved two undefeated state titles in 2014 and 2017. In her free time, Lauren also coaches competitive club soccer in Orange County.
