Nora Chavez

Nora Chavez initial clinical practice began at City of Hope Medical Center where she received intense training in the Hematology and Oncology unit and learned care for the acute patient with complicated diagnosis.

Later on she transferred specialties to Newborn Intensive Care. She worked for 15 years in level 3 NICU”S in both Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Children’s Hospital Oakland.

Nora currently works at San Ramon Regional Medical Center where she cross trained to postpartum care and continued with care of the newborn in their Level 2 NICU.

Nora earned her MSN from Holy Names University and her ADN from Los Angeles Valley College.
