Paul Ashbrook, CMPC

Dr. Paul Ashbrook is a Mental Skills Coach and Adjunct Professor of Sport and Performance Psychology at Holy Names and National University. Throughout the past 10 years, Dr. Ashbrook has consulted with a wide range of elite performers, utilizing mental skills training to enhance their performance. Dr. Ashbrook has spent a considerable amount of time consulting with elite golfers, both at the collegiate and professional levels. His research on individualized mental skills training in Division I collegiate golf was published in The Sport Psychologist, and he has also presented on the mental skills that differentiate successful and non-successful Division I collegiate golfers. With this knowledge and experience, Dr. Ashbrook is able to determine the needs of his clients and students, and help them reach their full potential.
