Pete Steinberg, BSc

Pete Steinberg has been working with leaders and organizations for over 20 years, helping clients create more effective organizations. His expertise is working with exceptionally smart and creative people in very dynamic environments. Works regularly as an executive coach for senior leaders, working with them to develop an authentic leadership model, enhance their team’s performance and help them manage challenges in their career.

Pete was also an elite rugby coach, coaching the USA Women’s Rugby Team at 2 World Cups and at the Rio Olympics.  He was the head coach of the Penn State Women’s Rugby team for 19 years winning 10 National Championships.  Pete holds affiliated faculty positions in Executive Education with the Tepper Business School at Carnegie Mellon University and the Smeal College of Business at Penn State.
