Suzette McCain

Suzette McCain’s 30 years of work experience in the nonprofit sector ranges from working for two credit unions, K-8 school district, health insurance, small rural hospital district and her last endeavor at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland.

She graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Business Administration, Accounting. In 2018 she received her Master’s in Business Administration at San Bernardino. She stated it was very rewarding to go back to school 30 years after receiving her undergraduate degree.

Suzette has two daughters, Kayla 29, and Ashley 24. In her spare time, she loves to travel to tropical places where she can be by the beach. Over the last five years she has been to Puerta Vallarta, Cancun, Jamaica, and Dominican Republic.
