Master’s Degree required, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in higher education. Experience with housing and residence life, student activities, and new student programs preferred. Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion, collaboration, and student centered programs and services. Excellent communication skills, sound problem solving abilities, strong conflict resolution skills, and general competencies in student development and engagement.
