Get ready to level up your soccer game with a collegiate level soccer coach and learn mental skills techniques!
Led by a local collegiate soccer coach and Sport and Performance Psychology graduate students, this week-long camp for high school girls entering grades 9-12 will offer soccer instruction, scrimmages, and mental skills training. This camp is intended for intermediate and advanced level players.
This camp will feature:
- College level sport-specific instruction
- Presentations about performing under pressure and other areas of the mental game
- Scrimmages and fun small-sided games
- Learning about the college recruitment process
