HNU has identified Dominican University of California as the custodian of records to take over transcript issuance.

**After Holy Names University(HNU) ceased academic operations in 2023, Dominican University of California(Dominican) became the custodian of record for HNU students’ official transcripts and diplomas. As custodian, Dominican is merely a conduit for HNU’s transcripts and diplomas. As such, Dominican does not have the authority or ability to alter any academic records transferred from HNU.
